Shipping will not be held responsible for damages that may occur if you authorize delivery without a signature. In order for a shipment to be delivered, a signature is required, and it is the responsibility of the customer to notify if there are any problems at the time of the delivery.

Returns due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. will not ship outside the Continental United States.  Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery to ensure there is no damage. If your delivery arrives through a delivery service such as UPS or FedEx, you have 3 days to call us at 1-888-630-3307 to report the damage.
